ASCII Gourmand Fuji Soba "Laksa Soba" Launched 55th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations with Singapore
"Fuji Soba" announced on February 9th that "Laksa Soba" will be on sale from March 16th. Limited quantity of 50,000 meals. 680 yen including tax.
A product commemorating the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan. Originally scheduled to be released from February 1, sales have been postponed until the end of the state of emergency.
Arranged the popular noodle dish (soup) "Laksa" in Southeast Asia, Singapore and Malaysia. The seasoning was fused with Japanese soba. The creamy and mild laksa soup with the gentle taste of coconut milk is said to be a finish that even small children can eat.
"Sambal sauce" is prepared to adjust the spiciness. Although sambal sauce is not the correct answer for Singaporean cuisine, it was adopted as a spicy seasoning that can be prepared stably. A small amount of sambal sauce emphasizes "spicy and sour" and has a strong stimulating taste. It is recommended to use it while trying it little by little.
This product will be offered as a specially made "commemorative bowl". It is said that the design is based on the pattern often seen in Singapore's Peranakans culture and the image of Japanese cherry blossoms and Mt. Fuji, and it is the first time to make a commemorative bowl with Fuji Soba. However, due to the limited number of commemorative bowls, they may be served in regular black bowls.
Although it will be on sale a little later, let's look forward to Laksa soba, which is rare for a soba restaurant.
