After changing the specifications, calls made from other than the Rakuten Link app, such as mobile phones and landlines of other companies, will be received using the iOS standard "phone" app. There is no change in the specifications when making a call from the Rakuten Link app.
If you make a call back with the Rakuten Link app, the call charge is free (*) as before, but if you make a call back with the iOS standard phone app, you will be charged the specified call charge, so be careful.
(*) Excludes calls to phone numbers starting with "0570" and "0180" (other companies' connection services) and calls to 188 (consumer hotline).
Incoming calls from people who do not use Rakuten Link cannot be answered by the Rakuten Link app.With this specification change, calls when you are overseas will also be received using the iOS standard phone app. Therefore, please note that incoming call charges (pay-as-you-go) will be charged according to the country / region.
