Hitachi acquired IT Service Company Oxia in France
Hitachi Data Systems Corporation (hereinafter Hitachi Data Systems), a US subsidiary of Hitachi (Hitachi), has a French IT Service Company OXYA (hereinafter Oxya), a French IT Service Company, which provides the managed services and cloud services of the SAP system.It has announced that it will be acquired and become a wholly owned subsidiary.
